Black List helps you to block number, adding Number in Black List software never call or send SMS on Black Listed Number.

How can I import from text file?

Just Click on Import Text file and select .txt file,
Here you have option for line ending, if your number are separated with any character just click or type character and software substring them.

How can I import from Contact Book?

Contact added in contact Book and import easily, just click on Import from Contact Book and Select group wise import.

What is import from History?

Sometime you have to use number that are used recently, using campaign name and date filter you can import past contact. (More preferable when you want to send fail call or SMS from past)

Is it possible to send SMS to Fail Call?

Yes its, select Send to Fail Call only when you type SMS. (Fail Call contain Busy, No Answer or Not reachable).

What is Transactional and Promotional?

As per TRAI Rules and Regulation SMS provider provide two type of API.
Transaction SMS deliver to all Number. Promotional SMS deliver to only whom those are not registered in DND (Do not Disturb).
Promotional SMS sending from Transactional Route is prohibited and it can be punished.

Which kind of Audio I can broadcast?

Mp3 or WAV, you can import these 2 most common format as your audio.

My Audio File is not in mp3 or Wav file, now?

Don’t worry, use Free Converter that we give in Installation media as Supported Software. Also you can download from VoiceIndia.co.in/Download.
And another way is there are many free online services that convert your audio in mp3 or wav format.

What is Campaign? Is it mandatory?

Campaign name make groups of your call, so you can easily find in history. Campaign name like Birthday11-7 or meeting12-7-2016.

What is Make call between?

Generally People are not able to pick up Your Call After noon time or office time. So, if you are planning to broadcast on Specific time, just set time. Software broadcast only in time that you are entered.

Call Broadcast Mute, but I hearing using laptop speaker. Why?

That’s biggest mistake you are doing, and this happen in most of newly released laptop because of now a day microphone and speaker slot come with combination.
Don’t worry, whenever you plug audio Cable with system, system ask for which purpose you insert cable, select headphone out or speaker out from List.
Alternate option is you can use USB Sound card that are available in market for few of rupees.

Oh no, I have set wrong time to broadcast, can I change?

Off course you can change, bottom of broadcast page you can see option for change, you can remove also.

Can I Pause Voice Broadcasting?

yes, just press pause button from top center of broacasting page, and you have done,

I do not want to broadcast remain number, can I stop?

if your mind change to stop broadcast, just press stop button from top center of broadcasting page.

It was the night, and I decide to send it tomorrow. How can I?

There are two way first stop all number and you can send it tomorrow with remain number alternative you can pause and again start whenever you want.

Port is closed, error are occur.

That’s fork, check Network Light, we sure that device lost network, there is only way that unplug all cable and restart application

What is Interactive way?

Using Interactive way you can send custom voice message or SMS for all receiver.
For Example Students result, customer outstanding.

What kind of file I can import?

Excel file that contain data and Mobile Number Columns.

I have trouble while opening Excel File, now?

Just Export sample file and make file that look like that.

Can I use Data that are not in Excel?

Yes or no, if you are want to use customizable data you can’t. Else you want to add common text or voice then you can.

I can’t understand to generate Interactive Voice or SMS.

No, here you can’t. If you want to delete then remove from origin excel.

Depend on record, 25-30 record take less than 1 minute.
