I am using too many Number, I am not sure that is it validate?
Don’t worry, Just Click on Number Validation and our software will detect them automatically.
How can I import from text file?
Just Click on Import Text file and select .txt file,
Here you have option for line ending, if your number are separated with any character just click or type character and software substring them.
How can I import from Contact Book?
Contact added in contact Book and import easily, just click on Import from Contact Book and Select group wise import.
What is import from History?
Sometime you have to use number that are used recently, using campaign name and date filter you can import past contact. (More preferable when you want to send fail call or SMS from past)
What is menu, and how its work?
Choose Option that you used in Main Audio and set Voice or SMS by clicking on Set Button.
If you don’t want to use all option leave blank. (As you can see in above screenshot only two option are used.)
What is Microphone and its channel ?
You must select Proper Sound Card to catch reply Menu. (Sound Card is nothing but Your Microphone jack of Computer).
To find Appropriate Microphone go to Control Panel > Sound > Recording (tab)
What is Campaign? Is it mandatory?
Campaign name make groups of your call, so you can easily find in history. Campaign name like Birthday11-7 or meeting12-7-2016.
What is Make call between?
Generally People are not able to pick up Your Call After noon time or office time. So, if you are planning to broadcast on Specific time, just set time. Software broadcast only in time that you are entered.
Call Broadcast Mute, but I hearing using laptop speaker. Why?
That’s biggest mistake you are doing, and this happen in most of newly released laptop because of now a day microphone and speaker slot come with combination.
Don’t worry, whenever you plug audio Cable with system, system ask for which purpose you insert cable, select headphone out or speaker out from List.
Alternate option is you can use USB Sound card that are available in market for few of rupees.
Oh no, I have set wrong time to broadcast, can I change?
Off course you can change, bottom of broadcast page you can see option for change, you can remove also.
Can I Pause Voice Broadcasting?
Yes, just press pause button from top centre of broadcasting page, and you have done,
I do not want to broadcast remain number, can I stop?
If your mind change to stop broadcast, just press stop button from top centre of broadcasting page.
It was the night, and I decide to send it tomorrow. How can I?
There are two way first stop all number and you can send it tomorrow with remain number alternative you can pause and again start whenever you want.
Port is closed, error are occur.
That’s fork, check Network Light, we sure that device lost network, there is only way that unplug all cable and restart application.
